What has been your favorite view on the trail so far?
ReplyDeleteThe best view was probably McAfee Knob. It was this neat rock shelf that hung over a large cliff and overlooked the Virginia valley's below. We got there just in time to take some pictures before a massive storm rolled in (and had to throw the ponchos on and run down the mountain practically dodging lightning). Sounds dramatic. Certainly felt like it. Pictures will follow soon.
